Save the exact route
Keep the directory page and the current submission form, issue, or email route together.
Record the facts before you submit, then save the public evidence you can verify. This keeps a useful campaign from turning into a pile of duplicate or unconfirmed forms.
Use one row for each destination. Keep the target URL, product name, description, category, fee, and requirements consistent with the official page. Leave unknown fields marked unknown instead of guessing.

Link to the homepage or a relevant tool only when it is the clearest canonical destination.
Pricing, approval time, indexability, and link treatment need evidence from the destination.
Replace a submission URL with the live listing URL when one exists. Check the page without an account, confirm the product facts, inspect the canonical and robots signals, and record the rendered link's destination and rel treatment.
The CSV includes the fields needed to prepare a listing, capture approval evidence, and follow up without losing the original route. Delete the example row before using it.
Use the stable page when you explain how a submission was prepared or verified. The worksheet supports careful record keeping; it does not promise approval, backlinks, traffic, rankings, or indexing.
